Booking Conditions:

- Island Transfers is not liable for delays caused by caused by unforseen circumstances including but not limited to breakdowns, marine incidents and/or inclement weather.

- Itinerary changes due to severe weather events are non-refundable.

- Passengers shall at all times follow and carry out all lawful directions of the Master of the vessel, particularly in relation to (but not limited to) personal safety of themselves and other passengers.

- Passengers are required at all times to take all reasonable precautions for their own safety and the safety of any person in their care. This includes (but not limited to) using hand guard rails at all times as provided around the vessel, appropriately restraining children and ensuring that children are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and paying attention to the safety briefing given by the Master at the beginning of the voyage.

- The carrier, the vessel or any crewmember shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage (including personal injury) suffered by any person as a result of breach of that person's safety obligations (as detailed above), or failure to utilise all safety devices and precautions as provided and/or advised on board the vessel, or caused by any passenger acting in an unreasonable, unnecessary or unsafe manner.

Shute Harbour Marine Terminal, located at the end of Shute Harbour Road, approximately 10 minutes past Airlie Beach.

Check-in counter in the main Terminal building.

Shute Harbour to Palm Bay Resort: 10:30am, 04:30pm.

Palm Bay Resort to Shute Harbour: 08:00am, 11:00am, 05:00pm.

- If passenger numbers exceed 20, a second service may be scheduled approximately 50 minutes later.

- Transfer cannot be booked within 24 hours of travel, no confirmation it can be guaranteed and a surcharge may apply.
