- On arrival walk directly to the Arrivals Hall
- You will find the Exemplar Transfer Desk immediately to your left as you enter the hall.
- Prior to collecting luggage, check in with our staff, who will offer guidance on where to meet your driver and vehicle.
- Once you retrieve your luggage from the nominated carousel proceed to your vehicle.

Pick Ups/Drop offs:
- This service does not drop off in South Cairns. The South Cairns boundary is the railway line at Bunda St, Martyn St and McNamara St.
