Surcharges apply to the following luggage items:

- Additional Suitcases: AUD6.00 per extra piece of luggage.

- Bike in Bike Box: AUD10.00 each.

- Golf Clubs: AUD10.00 (one set per passenger)

- Surfboards (Gold Coast and Brisbane services): AUD10.00each. (Surfboards must be less than 6ft long-183cm. Should the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be unable to be transported due to our coaches' trailer size restrictions).

- Surfboards (Sunshine Coast services): AUD10.00 each. (Passengers carrying a surfboard (any size) need to supply their own straps and are required to be attached to vehicles by the passengers).

Excess luggage items:

- Excess luggage items that are not pre-paid will be charged by the driver during boarding.

Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is limited to 1x suitcase and 1x piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines).

- Any one piece of luggage exceeding 23kg may require passenger assistance to load/unload. Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to arrival.

- Surcharges apply to additional and oversized luggage items such as additional suitcases, surfboards (less than 6ft long and provide own straps), bike in a bike box and golf clubs. Charges payable direct, subject to change.

Arrival Information:
- As per Booking Confirmation your flight will be arriving in Brisbane International airport. The meeting point in Brisbane International terminal and it is just a 5 minutes walking distance from arrivals.

- All arriving passengers to proceed towards the left as they exit customs. Walk pass a Coffee Club, keep walking towards your left; you will see a sliding exit door right at the end. Passengers will need to exit the door , walk down the ramp and look out for the sign "Shared Ride and Coaches" . There will be bus bays to the left and it will be labelled "Con-X-ion and the driver will be wearing a Blue Shirt and Red Conxion hat.
- Required to check-in at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Timetable:

- One way transfer from Brisbane Airport (Domestic) to Sunshine Coast (Peregian Beach to Noosa) accommodation.

- No pick-up or drop-off on the Noosa North Shore due to the ferry crossing.

- Shuttle is not a 24 hour service. Refer to the suppliers website for shuttle times and accommodation locations (due to accessibility). Subject to change without notice.

Operation Hours:

- No services operate on 25DEC (Christmas Day) and 01JAN (New Year Day).

- Services are limited on Anzac Day(25APR).


Additional Information:

- Journey time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disasters, accidents and road closures.

- The shuttle does not wait for delayed flights or late passengers.
