Our first stop is at Optus Stadium and the Matagarup bridge - great spot for a few super photos. We make a brief stop at Guildford, where you'll discover an array of beautifully restored heritage buildings, which offer an insight into the early settlement of Western Australia.Our first stop is Nikola Estate where you'll taste Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho wines. There's time to take a walk around this beautiful estate. Our venue for lunch is the award winning Great Souther Distillery venue, Limeburners in The Valley. It's a 100% gluten free menu, a fresh contempory offering comprised of shared plates of bread, olives, seafood and meat grazing boards. Enjoy a Giniversity gin tastings after lunch at this venue. Our first stop after lunch is Tyler's Vineyard. Here you wiull be warmly welcomed by the owners,Donelle + Colin and enjoy a wine tasting of their Grenache varieties. House of Honey is our next taste of the Swan Valley. Next we're off to Whistler's Chocolate and a visit to their cafe.~~~~ |
