itinerary:	~~ 01-Apr-2023 to 31-Mar-2025~~Valid for 01APR23-31MAR25: This is a one-hour guided tour. The tour starts with a welcome and introduction, followed by a short walk past our own sugar cane patch and heritage machinery where your guide will explain about the pioneering days of sugar cane farming. Then it is into our mill and distillery where your guide will take you through the process of crushing the sugar cane and extracting juice from fresh sugar cane. The tour finishes with tastings of our rum-based and fruit liqueur products, our house-made chutneys, relishes and suaces, our non-alcoholic ginger beer and freshly-spun fairy floss.~~~~
