itinerary:	~~ 01-Apr-2025 to 31-Mar-2027~~Valid for 01APR25-31MAR27: An Outback Ballooning vehicle will pick you up from your hotel for transfer to the departure point. Your adventure begins pre-dawn, with the balloons inflation as the sun lights up the rugged MacDonnell Ranges. Whilst floating gently in the air you will appreciate the vast remoteness, scenery and wildlife of the Australian outback. Wildlife, particularly big red kangaroos, are seen nearly every day as your balloon crosses spinifex grasses, mulga scrub and cattle stations. After your 60-minute balloon flight, sparkling wine, fruit juice and light refreshments are included. You will be transferred back to your accommodation on conclusion of your tour.~~~~
Important Info:	Valid for 01APR25-31MAR27: Clothing Recommendations: - It is recommended clients wear practical outdoor clothing (not white) including long pants, sturdy footwear, and a hat. In the winter months it is essential to wear heavy clothing including beanie and gloves. Online Check-in Waiver for Balloon Flight: - All passengers will be required to complete an online check-in waiver prior to their balloon flight. For this reason, we require their mobile number and email address so they can receive their pickup time reconfirmation text and online check-in waiver email containing the link and instructions. Should they not have one of these, they will need to phone us on 1800 809 790 or 8952 8723 or email sales@outbackballooning.com.au 2 days prior. Fitness Level: - A reasonable level of fitness is required to participate in our hot air ballooning tours. Participants must be able to climb into the balloon basket and stand upright for the duration of the flight. All health conditions should be discussed with Outback Ballooning prior to departure. Passenger Weight Notification: - Outback Ballooning will require, for flight manifest purposes, all passengers’ names, and approximate weights (in kilograms). Any weight above 110kg must be notified in advance prior to making a booking Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR25-31MAR27: - No refund if bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
