Tropical breakfast at Rainforestation, then to Emerald Creek Ice creamery to taste the tropical fruit ice creams, now to the humpy to taste seasonal tropical fruits and local peanuts and macadamia nuts and a chance to buy local produce straight from the farmers. Lunch at the Australian Platypus park, a chance to see the platypus and taste a lunch of the crocodile, Kangaroo and smoked fish and chicken with salads. Dragon fruit cider and local beer tasting and tropical fruit wine tasting. Next to a working dairy farm to sample a cheese platter and taste the swiss style chocolates. Next to Mt. Uncle distillery for spirits tastings. Then head across the tablelands to a private property to spot a platypus and sip on Queensland wines and beer and more tasty snack.
