- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time.
- In accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority, all passengers are required to provide full name, accurate weight and baggage details (if applicable) prior to flight.
- Passenger and baggage weights on check in that differ from those provided at the time of booking may result in flight cancellation or refusal of passengers. In this case no refund will apply or an additional fee may be charged.
- All flights are subject to weather conditions. As much notice will be given as possible for changes caused by weather. Flights cancelled by Professional Helicopter Services will be rescheduled or refunded.
- Flights may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion at any time. In the event that the pilot decides to terminate the flight due to weather, the unused portion of the fare will be refunded.
Comfort Seat:
- Comfort seat rate is applicable for passengers weighing 125 kilograms or more and provides an extra seat on board the helicopter, either adjacent to or opposite to ensure comfort for them, comfort for other passengers and to ensure a safe and accurate weight and balance of the helicopter.
