Itinerary:

Departing Broome and fly North over King Sound, home to Australia’s largest tides and amongst the highest in the world. Fly over Walcott Inlet estuary, the rarely seen Harding Range, and the impressive King Cascade on the Price Regent River, before landing at Mitchell Plateau, home to the Wunambal, Gaambera, Kwini and Balangarra. On arrival into Mitchell Plateau, enjoy refreshments and a comfort stop before jumping back in the plane to overfly the Mitchell Falls and then track coastal southbound past Kuri Bay, Camden Sounds, Montgomery Reef and onto the spectacular Horizontal Waterfalls. Track across the endless islands of the spectacular Buccaneer Archipelago including Cockatoo and Koolan Iron-ore mines before stopping at Cygnet Bay pearl farm for lunch, swim and pearl farm tour. The return journey tracks the Dampier peninsula coastal southbound along the coast.

Passenger Weight:
For safety and operational requirements Air Kimberly observes a maximum individual weight of 120kg per person for all scenic tours.

Luggage Restriction:
- Luggage is restricted to a maximum of 5kg per person.
- A small backpack or soft bag is recommended and will be stowed in the aircraft's luggage hold.

Aircraft:
- Typically, a Cessna 210 or Cessna 206 is used, which are the ideal aircraft for Kimberley conditions. These are usually fitted with 5 passenger seats and have a high wing design, which creates greater stability and allows optimum viewing. This type of aircraft can also cover great distances very quickly, making them ideal for tours into even the most remote and often inaccessible Kimberley attractions.

Please Note: The Horizontal waterfalls is a natural phenomenon which is tide dependent with variable flow. it cannot be guaranteed the amount or level of water flowing through the Horizontal waterfalls at any given time. Whilst we provide throughout the tour, we do recommend bringing your own water bottle to ensure you are kept well hydrated in the extreme Kimberley heat. Lunch tour is preferred but not always guaranteed. Min 4 passengers required to confirm flight. Please call and waitlist if you have less. landing at Mitchell plateau subject to suitable conditions.
