With an extensive menu catering to each and every individual Dundee’s Restaurant on the Waterfront’s modern Australian menu features tender Australian bred beef grilled to perfection; fresh local seafood, pastas, salads and unique Australian fare such as kangaroo, crocodile and emu as well as house made desserts. Due to this diverse offering, the menu is the draw card for return local, national and international visitors. Crusty dinner roll with plain whipped butter.
Main:
Duck Spring Rolls (1 per person) - Shredded roast duck, rice noodles and mixed julienne vegetables in spring roll pastry with chilli, lime and coriander dipping sauce.
Bacon and Mushroom Linguine (share plate) - Sauteed bacon, mushroom, and baby spinach in a creamy white wine sauce, finished with green eschalots and shaved parmesan
Seafood Platter (share plate) - A tempting selection of chilled whole mud crab, half lobster, yabbies, bug tails, prawns, oysters, mussels, grilled barramundi, half shell scallops, hot crispy calamari and fries accompanied by tropical fruits and Dundee’s sauces.
Dessert:
Vanilla Ice Cream - Served in a waffle cone with strawberry coulis and macadamia nut biscotti.
